Attention seniors and juniors, there will be a Career Fair here at school on Tuesday, March 10th, from nine to eleven. You will be called down in groups during the day to attend the fair and engage with various organizations. Come ready to learn!

  • Come join the Yale Pathways Club tomorrow in room 305!  This week, we will hear from Alaina Durden, an Orthopedic Surgery Resident at Yale New Haven Hospital.  Bring a friend or two!  Hope to see you there!

  • Support the junior class by getting your face painted or henna done in the auditorium during SEL day this Friday for only $3!  We are also looking for a few volunteers to do the henna and face painting.  If interested, please see a Junior class officer, Mr. Arevalo, or Ms. Murphy.

  • Friday, March 6th, is SEL day.  SEL stands for Social Emotional Learning. It is a district-wide initiative celebrating wellness.  This year's theme is Building a Better Community.  We have guest speakers from the community coming to hold workshops and teachers who will open their classrooms for special activities.   The sign-up sheet will be posted in the CLASS of 2026 through 2029 Google classrooms today and will close on Wednesday.  We will let you know by Thursday which session you can attend.  Sign-up will be on a first-come, first-served basis!  SEL activities should be happening in all classes on that day!

  • The March Library Contest is “Clover Patch Reviews.”  Fill out a green clover entry form available in the library and tell us the title of a book you would recommend and why.  Entry forms are due by Tuesday, March 24th, and the winner will receive a box of Lucky Charms.

  • Attention Sophomores! While you may not be thinking about Prom and Senior year yet, your Student Government representatives have! To that end, they've narrowed it down to THREE choices for Prom for 2028. It's now up to you to choose which location you want to have the prom at!  Prom will be on Thursday, May 25, 2028—time to be determined. Please select ONE choice on the Google Form posted by Ms. McCarthy in Google Classroom.
